When orderering furniture the shipping costs will differ and be determined according to the size and weight of the package.
Payment method
At Deskstore you can choose to pay in one of the following ways:
PayPal
If you pay with PayPal you can either pay by card or by a direct bank transfer.
PayPal is world leading in safe payments over the internet. With PayPal you can easily and quickly pay for your purchase over the Internet. All transactions are done via a safe server. All normal credit cards work.
Bank transfer – advance payment
Transfer the order amount after you have completed your purchase. Use your order number as refernce in your payment.
We will ship your order as soon as we have recieved your payment. Please note that it may take a couple of days until our sytem as registered your payment.

Delivery
We will proceed with your order as soon as we have received the payment confirmation. We strive to have all items in stock at all times. Normally we will be able to ship your order the same or the following working day.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop at DESKSTORE.
Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can always return the item within 14 days. You will get a full refund for the price you paid for the item. The item needs to be in its original condition and in its original packing. After contacting us - to receive a return number - please wrap the product securely, enclose the packing slip and send it to:

If you return an item because it is defective, we will refund the shipping costs if you return the item within 14 day. Otherwise you will be responsible for the delivery and sending costs. Prices, tax and customs
Swedish VAT 25 % (value-added tax) is included in all prices.
For VAT registered companies within the European Union we can deduct the VAT.
Customers outside EU can shop without the Swedish VAT.
For customers outside EU, the local government or customs office might add local taxes and custom charges.

The conditions in this contract shall be governed by and construed with the laws of Sweden and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
